Terms of service

1. Who we are

EazePayroll is a payroll service offered by EazeAccounts (“EazeAccounts”, “we”, “us”). Payroll processing, tax filing, and direct deposit are provided through SurePayroll and its RunPayroll platform (“the Payroll Platform”). Your use of the Payroll Platform is also governed by SurePayroll's own terms, which you accept when you create your payroll account.

2. The service

EazeAccounts resells the Payroll Platform under the EazePayroll name, sets the prices you pay, invoices you, and provides account and billing support. Payroll calculations, tax filings, deposits, and the software itself are performed by SurePayroll.

3. Pricing and billing

Prices are shown on eazepayroll.com at the time you sign up and are billed monthly by EazeAccounts based on your plan, the number of people paid in the month, and the states in which they were paid. Promotional offers apply only as described in their terms. Subscriber rates require an active EazeAccounts accounting subscription, which we verify using the email address on your accounts; if your accounting subscription ends, standard rates apply from the next billing period. Accounting subscriptions are billed separately.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee, wage, hours, and tax information you enter, for approving payroll on time, and for funding payroll and tax payments when they are due. You must keep your login credentials confidential. Never send payroll credentials, Social Security numbers, or bank details through the eazepayroll.com contact form.

5. Changes and cancellation

You may cancel at any time; charges for the current month are not refunded. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazeAccounts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for payroll in the three months before the claim arose. Tax-penalty protection, where included in a plan, is provided by SurePayroll under its terms.
